Shipping Information:

Orders are collected daily and are prepared and dispatched twice a week. Shipments are sent using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) to ensure freshness is maintained.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Freshness and satisfaction is guaranteed. If bakery goods are received damaged, replacement packages will be provided at no additional costs. Please email Smokey and Giraffe with additional comments or concerns. Order cancellations are permissible as long as an order has not been shipped to a recipient. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
